Rented a u-haul here for the evening. The gentleman (can't remember the name) at the front desk was were kind to notify me that the vehicle will not be available at the time I booked (u-haul's website scheduling issues), and was kind enough to let me know when it was ready for pick up. Also, he walked me through the rental procedures and off hours drop off procedure. I could tell that he truly cared.

Joe and his team are truly extraordinary! I used to take my car to AAA in Downingtown and they repeatedly try to rip me off or upsell me! 3 years ago AAA wanted to sell me a battery 3 years ago…mine is still fine!! Joe and his team are just the opposite!! On several occasions he has explored a range of options to save me money and give me discounts and coupons. They do excellent work and I trust them…just who you want taking care of your car needs…I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I found them to very nice and knowledgable. Extremely honest. They offer shuttle service which is convenient. I will definitely be returning to them to have all 4 tires.
