I dropped in my car for an inspection and it failed. There were 2 reasons: 1. One of the lights is out: Okay, that needs to be fixed 2. For having tint on my windows for front windows (which is within legal limit) I had the car for over 11 years and all these years i had the tint and it always passed. Never heard of this reason for failing an inspection. Not happy with the service. Not going back. Looks like they are new and not experienced

We have a combined 57 years of experience and the tint on the customers window was clearly in violation of the Pennsylvania state code. We made every effort to explain to the customer precisely why it failed, even providing him with a printout of the part of the code pertaining to window tint, but he wasn’t interested, repeatedly making the same claim of other shops ignoring it. If we are to earn this 1 star review for reading the code and doing our jobs properly, then we gladly accept it and wish him the best in his future endeavors.

Very professional. I am pregnant and have a toddler so they offered to pick up and drop off my car at my home at no charge so my son and I did not have to sit and wait. I love them. Very family oriented and kind.

The employees at ASM really treat you as if you are family. They are friendly, honest and unlike any other auto body shop I have been to. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Best of all they even picked me up from my own home and brought me to the shop so I could get my vehicle!

ASM is a very service-oriented and friendly business. Joe and Chris really go the extra mile to provide value-added suggestions and information to ensure their customers feel well informed about the auto needs of their vehicle. They go out of their way to research alternatives and are always looking to keep repair costs to a minimum to the extent there are less expensive available options. Both are very honest and straightforward which is refreshing when working with an auto repair place. You are in great hands with ASM!
